Cancellations

We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means we are unable to re-use that time to support other patients.

If you know that you are going to be unable to attend an appointment that you have booked, we would appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible. We will be pleased to cancel and reschedule any appointments at any time, without any penalty or administration fees, up to 2 full working days excluding weekends and bank holidays. When bookings are made online and cancelled our credit payment system deducts a fee, this is non-refundable.

Should you choose to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide us with 48 BUSINESS hours notice. Please note this does not include weekends or bank holidays.

In the event that we receive less than 48 business hours notice of cancellation this will incur a 100% cancellation fee, as we may not be able to help other patients with such short notice. This will automatically be taken from the card we have stored on your file. Any failure to attend or receive notification of a non-attendance will incur the full 100% appointment charge which will be taken from the card we have stored for you

​If you think you cannot make it to the clinic but could see someone online, we can switch your appointment to online at no charge. Thank you for your understanding.

If you cancel with more than 48 business hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) notice you will receive a refund minus the credit card transaction fees.
(Please note this is automatic and can take 10 days processing time by the credit card company.)
