We have developed a network of multi-disciplinary professionals and can refer you to these experts to support you in all aspects of your life.
About Me
With over 30 years experience in various areas of pharmacy, Judith has developed a special interest in women’s health and in managing perimenopause and menopause. Judith’s experience supporting patients and friends, many of whom were struggling to access the support they needed through their GPs, led her to pursue her passion, to extend her professional development and to open Menopause Health.

- Nationwide at home blood testing service
- Efficient dispensing of your prescription either at the time of your appointment in clinic or sent to your home address from our partner pharmacy
- Access to a network of multi-disciplinary professionals to address individual needs
Repeat Prescription Request
Prescriptions generated during a consultation are free of charge. You pay only for the cost of the medication which will either be charged by our in house pharmacy or by our partner pharmacy dispensing the medication.
Do you need to reorder your medication?
An annual consultation with Menopause Heath is required if you would like us to continue your care and treatment on an ongoing basis.
Only patients stable on their medication will be eligible for this service and all patients require an annual review.
Please note a £40 prescription admin fee will be charged to cover our administration costs.
This does not include the cost of the medication which will be charged by the pharmacy dispensing the medication.
This service is only available for our existing patients.
Perimenopause & Menopause Care
We work with you to ensure your treatment and lifestyle plans are personalised to you, incorporating your expectations, following current evidence, British Menopause Society and NICE guidelines. We individualise care for the treatment of the perimenopause and post menopause. Including the prescribing and/or optimisation of HRT and non-hormonal alternatives. We specialise in a lifestyle medical approach to care giving you a holistic treatment plan that reflects your values and treatment aims.
Bone Density Dexa Scan request
Menopause Health is working in partnership with Opus Diagnostics in Ascot, Surrey to provide you with a gold standard bone density scan.
On referral Opus will contact you directly to arrange a convenient appointment. Your scan will then be sent securely to us and we will arrange a consultation to discuss the results. This can either be by telephone, online or in person at our clinic in Longcross: whichever you prefer.
